When was form issued?

When was Tier-1 held?
AS per the notification of SSC tier-1 was scheduled to be held from August 1 to 20, 2017, but held from August 5 to 23, 2017 and a total of around 1.55Million Candidates appeared in the exam and out of which around 1.5Lakh Candidates were selected to appear in the tier-2 exam, but the level of difficulty of exam before August 10 was completely different from what was served in the later dates and many people attempted 100% question in the later shift, result was declared on January 11, 2018
When was tier-2 held?
AS per the notification of tier-2 SSC cgl date of exam was scheduled to be held from November 10 to November 11, 2017, but held in February 2018,
Supreme Court of
India vide its Interim Order dated August 31, 2018, placed an interim injunction restraining the Commission from declaring the result of
the said examination

When was tier-3 held?
AS per the notification of tier-3 SSC exam date of cgl was scheduled to be held on January 21, 2018, but held on July 8,2018 and the result was declared on May 09, 2019 after SC vacated the stay and around 36000 candidates were selected for document verification and Tier-4
When was tier-4 held?
AS per the notification of SSC tier-4 was scheduled to be held on February 2018, but held from June 16 to July 31, 2019
Cheating and other malpractice?
During the completion of 2nd phases of the exam SSC and the erstwhile vendor, "Sify Technologies Limited" were caught red-handed, many screenshots were trolling on the social media and many people and candidates were caught involved in this crime of facilitating cheaters,
Many exam centers were found to have facilitated the candidates in taking the exam through remote access, through proxying, etc. SSC also canceled the exam for one of the centers in Faridabad because the exam center was found to have facilitated the candidates and cheats were found in the washroom.
This gave birth to chaos and a sense of unsatisfaction among the candidates who invested the indispensable and incredible phase of their life for the preparation but finally they end up waiting to wait and again waiting, after a lot of chaos over the social media and protest in front of the CGO Complex for the cancellation of the CGLE 2017 exam, the candidates got nothing
The final result is still awaited?
In the above process, the candidates lost their valuable time starting from May 16 to the current date (November 1, 2019) which amounts to around 3 years (5% of the life of around 1 lakh candidates considering the lifespan of human 60 yr, and this is equivalent to killing 5000 candidates), meanwhile all the process are going on normally e.g. SSC CGL2018 exam date, SSC cgl notification 2019 and SSC exams date 2019 were announced but the result is still awaited
Even the vacancy was reduced why?
AS per the notification of SSC Vacancy for various post of SSC initially was () but later on some vacancy was curtailed and now vacancy is 8125 only.
